Role and Responsibilities

This role focuses on managing and optimizing business processes through automation for the team in Plano, Texas. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, design automation solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between automation initiatives and business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of automation projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in business process management or automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning).

Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in business or computer science.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems.
