Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid) or Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development initiatives. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver insights, build reporting solutions, and support business intelligence environments.

This is a hands-on opportunity focused on SQL-driven analysis and dashboard development within a data warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making and reporting needs
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design and enhance data structures to support reporting and analytics
  • Perform testing and validation of reports and data outputs
  • Support and maintain reporting environments and related tools
  • Create documentation for requirements, processes, and solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Warehousing
  • Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and scripts
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar tools such as Power BI or SAP Business Objects
  • Experience working in a data warehouse environment (Oracle preferred)
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights
  • Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting or administering reporting platforms
  • Exposure to multiple BI or reporting tools
