Job Title: Business Analyst (Advanced) – Identity & Access Management (IAM) | Onsite | Tallahassee, FL

Location: Tallahassee, FL (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Flexible between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Occasional Saturday Rotation

Business Analyst (Advanced) – IAM / SailPoint IIQ


We're hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiative in Tallahassee, FL. This role will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, facilitate application onboarding, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation and access governance initiatives.


This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong business analysis experience and knowledge of IAM concepts, compliance, and enterprise application integrations.


Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
  • Document current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) application onboarding and provisioning requirements.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
  • Perform impact analysis and identify risks associated with system integrations.
  • Maintain and prioritize project backlogs.
  • Prepare compliance and audit documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, technical analysts, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience.
  • Experience working on software development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts including:
    • Access Provisioning
    • Entitlements
    • Target Aggregations
    • Certification Campaigns
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • ServiceNow
  • Change & Release Management
  • Public Sector or Government project experience
  • Florida PALM project experience
  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), CBAP, or similar certifications


Work Environment:

  • 100% Onsite in Tallahassee, FL
  • Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility between 7 AM–7 PM
  • Occasional Saturday rotation
