Job description

Keep access smart. Keep systems secure. Keep things moving.

Weโ€™re looking for an Identity Management Analyst whoโ€™s equal parts problem-solver, security advocate, and collaborator. In this role, youโ€™ll help ensure the right people have the right access at the right timeโ€”no more, no less.

As a key member of our Information Security team, youโ€™ll play a key role in strengthening identity and access management (IAM) across the organization. From onboarding new hires to tightening access controls and supporting audits, your work will directly reduce risk and keep our systems compliant, efficient, and secure.

Location/Schedule:

  • Hybrid schedule with up to 3 days/week at our corporate office in Lake Forest, IL.
  • Local Northern IL/Southeast WI candidates only!

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Design, maintain, and improve role-based access control (RBAC) alongside business and application owners
  • Manage the full identity lifecycleโ€”provisioning, role changes, and deprovisioningโ€”with precision and audit readiness
  • Enforce least privilege access and separation of duties; identify and remediate access risks like orphaned accounts and excessive permissions
  • Lead and support access reviews and certifications to meet audit and regulatory requirements
  • Administer IAM tools including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Collaborate with Security Engineering on authentication methods, conditional access, and identity security controls
  • Act as an escalation point for complex access issuesโ€”dig deep, solve fast, and communicate clearly
  • Document processes, controls, and audit evidence while identifying opportunities to automate and improve IAM maturity

What You Bring:

  • Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or IT Security Operations
  • Solid understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and access governance principles
  • Experience with IAM platforms (Entra ID, Active Directory, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SSO and federation concepts, exposure to IGA platform, basic scripting experience, and serve as an oncall support is a plus!
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsโ€”you enjoy getting to the root cause
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving processes

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $22.18 to $33.27 per hour. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
