Celestar, a B&A Company, is actively seeking an Intelligence Analyst - Mid Level supportingthe mission of the Security Vetting Enterprises.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of intelligence analyst, to include counterintelligence activities and qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
  • Produce all-source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten DoD personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.
  • Possess the ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Must be proficient in drafting expert intelligence and threat assessments and other intelligence products across operational priorities on behalf of a stakeholder and clearly articulate key findings.
  • Conduct screening and vetting (SAV) and all source analysis of assigned Army populations
  • Complete an average of 150 SAV checks weekly
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive intelligence analysis experience or twelve (12) years of progressive intelligence analysis experience with a minimum of three (3) years of specialized expertise in all-source analysis and identity validation or targeting.
  • Active Top Secret Level clearance with SCI access.
  • Experience conducting analysis to counter threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD research and technology preferred.
