The Business Intelligence Analyst partners with stakeholders throughout the organization to gather reporting requirements, analyze business performance, and deliver timely, actionable insights that support operational and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will prepare reports and analyses for internal leadership and external reporting requests, contribute to continuous process improvement efforts, and remain current on emerging business intelligence technologies and industry best practices.
Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from an accredited college or university. At least two years of intensive experience with the Domo platform is preferred. Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, along with experience in data governance, data quality, statistical analysis, and modern visualization platforms, is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communicate complex data concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, manage multiple priorities, and build collaborative relationships across the organization while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of organizational data.
