Job description

Naztec International Group LLC is seeking a dynamic and motivated, results-oriented Sales & Business Development Representative (Entry Level) to support the growth of our Light Industrial Staffing division. This is an onsite role requiring strong client engagement, relationship building, and the ability to actively represent the company in meetings, events, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive 20+ in-person prospect visits per day across Palm Beach and surrounding counties
  • Build relationships with HR managers, plant managers, and operations directors at manufacturers, distributors, and 3PLs
  • Generate leads, set appointments, and close new staffing agreements
  • Represent Naztec at local business events and industry meetups

Qualifications:

  • Hunger to prospect, follow up relentlessly, and close
  • Familiarity with the Palm Beach / South Florida business landscape
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
  • Strong verbal and written communication — you're the face of the brand
  • Backgrounds that stand out: rental car, solar sales, door-to-door sales, competitive athletics
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
