In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring they get the most value from our platform while identifying opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
  • Visit customer locations to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities to expand product usage.
  • Monitor account health, provide regular reporting, and proactively address customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Previous experience in account management, customer success, client services, sales, or a customer-facing role.
