UnityTec is an Economically Disadvantaged WomanOwned Small Business (EDWOSB/WOSB) delivering B2B professional and technical support services both the Federal Government and private industry. Our work focuses on strengthening our partners' operational performance, audit readiness functions, and enterprise modernization efforts.
One of our clients needs a Entry Level Analyst for a permanent position
  • Position: Entry Level Analyst
  • Location: Camp Hill, PA
  • Position Type: Full-time
Ideal Candidate Background: Candidates with prior logistics, warehousing, and/or military experience are encouraged to apply.
Basic Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a United States Citizen able to pass a background check. This role is only open to United States Citizens.
  • Must be a graduate of a bachelors degree program or higher at an accredited university.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
Basic Job Duties:

  • Conduct research projects and perform data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite and other systems/apps.
  • Evaluate business processes to identify performance gaps, assess operational risks, and recommend improvements that strengthen overall efficiency.
  • Analyze production and operational activities to recommend ways to reduce waste, improve throughput, and support audit readiness.
  • Build and update essential documentation such as process maps, SOPs, internal controls, and POAMs to support project and compliance requirements.
  • Support project managers by organizing tasks, facilitating and tracking progress, and helping drive overall project goals in a clientfacing environment.
  • Travel to client sites worldwide to support handson project execution and ensure operational objectives are met.
