The Billing Specialist's primary functions are to create invoices, statements and credits for our customers. Billing Specialists also work directly with customers on questions and dispute resolution.


Billing Specialist duties include and are not limited to the following duties and qualifications:

  • Create weekly/monthly invoices including various pass-through billing
  • Research/resolve credit memo inquiries
  • Coordinate/collaborate w/ both internal & external customers to research & resolve billing/invoicing issues.
  • Tasks performed using manual/paper processes & electronic processes
  • The ability to multitask efficiently w/ various tools/programs
  • Focus & regain focus after interruptions
  • Work independently & on a team w/ minimal guidance
  • The ability to think out of the box & apply processes efficiently
  • Support high profile new customers approved special handling manual monthly billing requests & provide world class customer service & follow up.
  • Diffuse and manage escalated inquiries - ownership
  • Learn new processes such as custom invoice uploads, document and train team members
