Position Summary

We're looking for an Entry-Level Home Integration Technician who is eager to learn, hands-on, and excited to build a career in the smart home and A/V integration industry. You'll be trained on industry-leading systems like Crestron, Control4, and Lutron, and work alongside experienced professionals on high-end residential and commercial installations.


What You'll Do

Installation & Setup

  • Assist in the installation and setup of audio/video systems
  • Support control system installations (lighting, shading, theater)
  • Help with satellite/cable system setup and networking hardware installation

Technical Support

  • Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting of A/V and networking systems
  • Work closely with programmers to help commission systems

Training & Development

  • Complete training modules via CEDIA, IntegrateU, and manufacturer portals
  • Gain certifications in Crestron, Control4, and Lutron

Customer Experience

  • Ensure clean, professional job sites and excellent customer interactions
