As a Tax Associate, this is an entry level position that will teach you how to fileย federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.

What You Need:
You must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Must have (or be willing to obtain) anย internet connection. Must be willing and available to work and promote yourself and the business.
How you will lead and What You Will Do:
In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using providedย products.
By providing tax preparation -ย full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of โ€œPowering Prosperity Around the World.โ€ You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
