Flex-On-Demand Staffing Assistant (Temporary Role)

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to support our hiring operations and staffing events. In this role, you will assist with pre-hire processes, onboarding activities, and candidate engagement while delivering an exceptional experience to all applicants. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity in a fast-paced environment, offering valuable exposure to the staffing and recruiting industry.


Pay Rate:

$16.50 per hour


Job Type:

This is a temporary, flex-on-demand role. Scheduling is based on business needs and hiring event activity, with hours varying week to week.

  • Up to 0–24 hours per week
  • Weekend and/or evening availability required (10–16 hours)
  • Must be flexible to travel and support multiple Amazon locations in the Etna area as needed

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide candidates through pre-hire and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all applicants during hiring events and outreach initiatives
  • Assist candidates with completing applications and pre-employment requirements accurately and efficiently using internal systems and technology
  • Ensure all client hiring procedures are followed, including data entry, application review, verification of work authorization documents, badge photo capture, and drug screening administration
  • Clearly communicate job details, expectations, and next steps to candidates, addressing questions and removing barriers
  • Meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume environment
  • Communicate effectively across multiple channels, including in-person, phone, email, and chat

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience (retail, recruiting, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environments) preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable using technology including cameras, scanners, and mobile devices
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and screens simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism, confidentiality, and customer experience
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to present information to groups and engage with diverse audiences
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed
