Firm Accountant Administrator

Stevens Foster Financial Advisors provides tax planning, tax return preparation, financial planning and investment advice to executives and professionals. Were looking for a Firm Accountant Administrator to oversee all non-client facing functions within our firm under the direction of our general manager.


Our 40 year old firm has grown to approximately twenty professionals, serving several hundred tax and financial planning clients. We manage or administer over $750 million in client assets. Our primary mission is to grow our clients balance sheets via creative and ethical tax planning, comprehensive financial planning, and prudent investment management.

Responsibilities include:

  • All accounting and payroll processing functions
  • Vendor payments
  • Client invoicing, receivable collection, and banking deposits
  • Approval of discretionary language in client agreements
  • Drafting of monthly advisory fees from client accounts
  • Financial reporting
  • Banking relationships
  • Human Resources
  • Recruiting
  • Fringe benefit selection, enrollment, and administration
  • Performance management
  • Tracking of tasks assigned by the General Manager
  • Landlord relationships
  • Liaison to information technology consultants


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Seven years of small firm accounting experience
  • QuickBooks Online experience
  • Accounting degree and CPA license preferred
