Job Title: Accounts Payable ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Manager to lead and develop the Accounts Payable team. This role involves providing coaching and performance management while ensuring service level expectations are consistently met. The AP Manager will oversee AP operations, monitor key performance indicators, drive process improvements, and partner with various departments to enhance workflows and payment processing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the Accounts Payable team, providing coaching, performance management, and accountability.
  • Oversee AP operations by monitoring KPIs such as invoice processing volume, payment cycle times, and vendor satisfaction metrics.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and support scalable growth.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, and business leaders to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Manage month-end and year-end AP close activities in compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements.
  • Evaluate team capacity, workflow distribution, and organizational structure to optimize productivity.
  • Provide interim leadership during periods of transition, ensuring measurable performance improvements.

The office serves as the corporate headquarters, housing Corporate Accounting, Finance, and Payroll departments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
