AP Clerk
The Administrative Support Worker Lead is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker Lead will be required to interact with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $21.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily accounting and financial administrative activities.
  • Review, organize, and maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Enter financial and accounting information accurately into applicable systems and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with event-related financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Verify transaction information and research discrepancies as needed.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, as assigned.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other financial documentation.
  • Communicate with managers and operational teams to obtain information needed to complete accounting processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee, and company information.
  • Assist the Accounting and Finance team with additional administrative and financial projects as needed.
  • Follow all Aramark safety, compliance, and workplace policies.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2+ years administrative support experience.
• Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to optimally connect with employees.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Strong digital literacy is required of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Internet, typing, other databases and spreadsheet software.
