CFS Dayton is partnering with one of Dayton's premier higher education institutions to fulfill an immediate opening for an AP Clerk within their dynamic accounting department.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AP Clerk:

  • Perform daily reconciliations of travel and business card documentation to ensure accuracy, promptly identifying discrepancies or issues.
  • The AP Clerk will enter invoices into financial statements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Analyze disbursement data and financial records to ensure proper allocation of funds.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly and effectively to maintain financial integrity.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR AP Clerk:
