We are a collective of experienced sports and entertainment marketers who broke out of the big agency world to deliver a more personalized service offering to brands. Combining years of industry experience and invaluable professional relationships, Bespoke provides thoughtful senior-level counsel and custom marketing solutions that are specifically tailored for individual brands.
Overview
Bespoke is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Senior Associate who can support client teams and projects across the sports, entertainment and experiential space on behalf of brands.
The Senior Associate, Experiential will be a key contributor across numerous client teams internally at Bespoke, helping to ideate, execute and measure successful solutions across sports and entertainment sponsorship marketing. This position will be fast-paced and requires strong organization, strategy, creative and collaboration skills in working across internal and external teams. This role will be an integral part of our experiential team in planning and executing best in class activations.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in client management, event execution, or activation ideally within a team / league or agency setting and is organized, proactive, and detail oriented. Experience with brand activations is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the client teams to implement and execute the program(s) as it aligns with the client's goals and objectives
  • Be a strong cultural fit and be an authentic advancer of our mission and values internally and externally
  • Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking skills, problem solving and initiative as a trusted teammate
  • Maintain a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, working alongside client teams and property partners to deliver on sponsorship marketing plans
  • Support event execution related items such as hiring brand ambassadors, run of shows, budgeting, premium sourcing, vendor management, and deliver timely post-event recapping
  • Support client teams through quick response times and effectively delivering and meeting client expectations
  • Share desire to learn and grow within the industry, including staying up to date on trends to drive forward thinking for clients and internal teams
  • Showcase ability to flex within role across client teams, deliverables and events
  • Genuine eagerness to work with and learn from a diverse and talented team
  • Provide reports, recaps and updates to internal and external teams as needed
  • Manage internal and external budgets and vendors on behalf of client teams
  • When applicable, travel to execute on-site events on behalf of client and client team
  • Cooperatively take on other duties, roles or responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
  • College degree with 1+ years of experience in client management, event execution, experiential marketing, or related fields for an agency / brand / league / team
  • Understanding of the sports, media and entertainment landscape and the business of sports and entertainment
  • Excellent business writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving, growing, dynamic and challenging environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and foster key business relationships
  • Creative, adaptive personality that can interface with clients and sports properties
  • Excellent attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset, willing to problem solve on short timelines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal and external parties
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, multi-task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to proactively meet deadlines

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $60,040.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
