Job description

Zoox is looking for a strategic leader to guide the Commercial Applications group within our Enterprise Applications Engineering organization. This role owns the enterprise platforms that power collaboration, service delivery, and workforce productivity across the company. You will lead a multi-disciplinary organization responsible for SaaS & self-service applications, enterprise collaboration tools, and the ServiceNow platform. As Zoox continues to scale, you’ll define the long-term vision for our enterprise software ecosystem, driving cloud modernization, automation, and the responsible adoption of AI to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive employee experiences.
In this role you will:
  • Lead and develop a team of Team Leads and Senior Administrators across SaaS, collaboration, and ServiceNow platforms
  • Define and execute the Commercial Applications roadmap, including Atlassian Cloud migration and ServiceNow platform evolution
  • Drive operational maturity through engineering standards, SLAs, and proactive service management
  • Champion self-service and workflow automation to reduce manual toil and improve employee experience
  • Partner cross-functionally to govern SaaS procurement, security, and platform strategy at scale
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications or IT Engineering
  • 4+ years of people management experience, ideally managing Team Leads or Managers
  • Deep expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem, including Data Center to Cloud migrations
  • Strong background in ServiceNow platform strategy, development, and integrations
  • Proven ability to define and execute multi-year roadmaps for complex enterprise systems
Bonus Qualifcations
  • Experience integrating AI/ML or generative AI into enterprise platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS management (SSO, SCIM, CASB) and license infrastructure
  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Python or JavaScript for automation
Base Salary Range
 
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
