JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY

This leadership position is responsible for coordinating the corporate planning and reporting functions to ensure integration of activities and long-term effectiveness. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining the enterprise reporting infrastructure. As a key leader in the Enterprise Finance team, this individual will collaborate with various leaders including Corporate Accounting, Treasury, FP&A and Tax. This role requires the ability to think strategically, develop compelling management reporting packages, drive change, influence across various levels of management, define work direction and empower and develop staff.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for period end financial and management reporting, telling the story though compelling packaging. Provide leadership toward continued development and refinement of an integrated, interactive reporting environment that allows for data driven decision making across and within the Andersen and Renewal divisions.

  • Partner with FP&A to lead, develop and maintain robust and comprehensive strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. Coordinate the flow of financial information between key managers and senior management.

  • Overall responsibility to develop and lead the strategy for the financial systems, tools and processes required to optimize planning and reporting capabilities.

  • Oversight of various reporting and maintenance activities including the Audited Financial Statements, Stock Disclosure materials, Andersen Financial History Book, numerous mandatory government surveys, etc.

  • Oversee the analytics and accounting for significant corporate items, allocations and charges including LTIP, Profit Sharing, Board of Director's fees, Worker's compensation, Auto liability and General Product & Bodily Injury liability as well as the preparation of the debt covenant calculation and the quarterly compliance package.

  • Select, manage, motivate, develop and enrich organization "talent".

  • Recruit, hire, coach, train, evaluate and manage the Enterprise Financial Planning and Reporting team. Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing the team by providing developmental opportunities on the job and by fostering an environment that encourages growth and learning. This individual will align the team structure to meet the requirements of the existing department more effectively and efficiently. Provide work direction and coaching to direct reports consisting of five professional degreed accountants. Lead cross functional teams as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA a plus; CPA preferred

  • Minimum of 10-12 years accounting experience

  • Process orientation with strategic focus and fiscal discipline balanced with vision and ingenuity, and a determination to achieve improved planning and reporting capabilities.

  • Thought leader with strategic thinking capabilities (emphasis on planning and reporting leadership)

  • Strategic influencer with inclusive, consultative and solutions driven approach

  • High energy with excellent communication skills and ability to carry a message throughout the organization with a fresh perspective

COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

PAY RANGE:

$124,235.00 - $192,565.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
