ABOUT THE ROLE

Fox One is looking for a Director, Enterprise Data & Reporting to join the Business Planning and Insights team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Analytics you will be responsible for the design, production, and integrity of high-level reporting delivered to senior executive leadership at Fox One and across Fox Corporation and partners.

In this role, you will own FOX One's recurring weekly and monthly executive dashboards, cross-enterprise performance reporting, and ad hoc leadership requests while serving as a key partner to FP&A on financial and operational analysis. You will help ensure enterprise data and metrics are accurate, consistent, secure, and decision-ready. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity and emerging priorities, and committed to maintaining a high standard of data integrity.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the end-to-end production of standard weekly and monthly executive-level reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to senior leadership and the Board
  • Design and maintain cross-enterprise reporting that consolidates data across business units, functions, and systems into a clear, cohesive view for leadership decision-making
  • Continuously evaluate and improve reporting formats, cadence, and content to ensure they remain relevant to evolving business priorities
  • Serve as a key point of contact for executive stakeholders requesting ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards, including controls around data access, permissions, and audit trails
  • Own and maintain the enterprise metric definition library, ensuring reported KPIs are consistently defined, sourced, and calculated across teams
  • Serve as a final checkpoint for data accuracy and definitional consistency before information reaches executive audiences
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies across reporting sources, systems, and teams
  • Partner closely with FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis through reliable, well-governed reporting infrastructure
  • Provide reporting and data support for monthly close, Board packages, and financial planning cycles
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, decision-ready narratives for executive audiences
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Typically, 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, business intelligence, FP&A, executive reporting, enterprise reporting, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining recurring executive-level reporting in a cross-functional or cross-enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, including access controls, data lineage, and metric standardization
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of identifying errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies before information reaches senior stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau and HEX, along with strong Excel and SQL skills
  • Strong data stewardship and governance mindset, with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across data sources of varying quality
  • Structured, process-oriented approach to reporting, analysis, and quality control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial and operational data into clear executive narratives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment, manage emerging priorities, and bring structure to ambiguous requests
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
  • Experience working directly with C-suite executives or supporting Board-level reporting
