The position oversees multiple functional areas through subordinate managers and plays a critical role in aligning technology resources with organizational goals.**Job Responsibilities:*** Drive platform governance across the Salesforce org, ensuring new enhancements align with legacy logic, standardize business processes, and enforce best practices across Cotality’s Marketing, Sales, and CX Service communities.* Proactively identify and remediate architectural vulnerabilities; strategize and schedule refactoring initiatives within standard sprints to systematically reduce technical debt while continuously delivering business value.* Own the end-to-end development cycle, ensuring all configurations and code deployments are rigorously documented, tracked, and promoted seamlessly through the environment pipeline.* Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of internal Product Analysts, coaching them on effective requirement gathering (anchored by business value classifications), Agile execution, and proactive stakeholder management.* Oversee strategic vendor partnerships, managing co-sourced delivery models to ensure seamless collaboration, high-quality output, and accountability.* Optimize the service intake process used for internal support, establishing robust case categorization (Bug, Enhancement, Task) to enable data-driven prioritization.* Monitor, analyze, and report on support ecosystem performance (both internal and vendor), ensuring internal users receive timely, high-quality resolutions against defined SLAs.* Establish and maintain traceability between originating Salesforce Cases and resulting Jira Epics/Tasks for comprehensive auditability and impact reporting.* Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming) in partnership with vendor support teams, transforming high-level business needs into actionable user stories with explicit acceptance criteria.* Maintain deep operational familiarity with the internal support platform toolchain, specifically Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, and GitHub, to guide the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) effectively.**Job Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred.* Candidate should hold a minimum of related Salesforce certifications such as **Salesforce Certified Administrator / Platform Builder**to be effective.* 10+ years in Enterprise Applications; 5+ years specifically in Salesforce Leadership.* Prior management experience.* Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (for support) and Jira (for project management).* Deep expertise in **Agile/Scrum**.
