Job description

Wolters Kluwer CT corp. provides compliance solutions, registered agent and entity management services to support customers throughout their life cycle.

As the Manager, Business Analysis, Reporting, you are responsible for leading a team of analysts and forestablishing, governing, and evolving enterprise reporting capabilities that support leaders across Service, Fulfillment, Product, Segment, and Operational Excellence. This role owns reporting governance, standards, frameworks, and infrastructure to ensure consistent, high-quality, and trusted reporting. You will lead and develop a team of reporting analysts, enabling scalable reporting delivery, advancing analytical maturity, and strengthening data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you will report to the Associate Director, Business Analysis and work from the local office with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remotely).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ReportingStrategy, Framework & Infrastructure

  • Define andmaintainan enterprise reporting framework that supports operational, tactical, and executive reporting needs.

  • Establish standards for report design, metric definitions, visualization, documentation, and lifecycle management.

  • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions.

  • Partner with data, technology, and governance teams to align reporting solutions with enterprise data architecture and source systems.

  • Identifyopportunities to modernize reporting infrastructure, reduce duplication, andretirelow-value or redundant reports.

  • Evaluate and guide the use of AI, agentic AI, and advanced analytics to enhance insights, forecasting, and decision support.

Reporting Governance, Quality Standards

  • Own reporting governance processes including intake, prioritization,standardsenforcement, and version control.

  • Establish andmonitorreporting quality controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, reliability, and auditability of all reporting assets.

  • Define and enforce standardized definitions, naming conventions, templates, and documentation practices.

  • Ensure role-based security and access controls are consistently applied and monitored across all reporting solutions.

  • Act as the escalation point for reporting quality issues, metric discrepancies, andprioritizationconflicts.

Analytics, Insights & Operational Excellence Measurement

  • Guide the team in analyzing operational, financial, customer, and workflow data toidentifytrends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Oversee measurement of Operational Excellence initiatives by ensuring consistent KPI frameworks for productivity, quality, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and cost-to-serve.

  • Review andvalidateforecasts, capacity models, trend analyses, and executive-level insights.

  • Ensure executive-ready reporting and storytelling that clearly communicates risks, performance drivers, and recommendations.

Team Leadership &CapabilityDevelopment

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of reporting analysts, building skills across reporting design, analytics, automation, and businesspartnerships.

  • Establish clear performance expectations, development plans, and career pathways to evolve team capabilities over time.

  • Promote best practices, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing to improve consistency and quality across the team.

  • Balance hands-on guidance with empowerment, enabling analysts to grow from report builders into strategic reporting professionals.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and learning.

Job Qualifications:

Education& Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degreerequired(Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred).

  • MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • 7+years in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or operational analysis.

  • 3+ years of experience leadinganalysts or managing reporting teams.

  • Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel; AI-enabled analytics experience is a plus.

  • Experienceestablishingreporting standards, governance, or frameworks in an enterprise environment.

  • Relevant BI or analytics certifications (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar) preferred.

Compensation:

$107,500.00 - $188,400.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.
