Job Summary:

The Enterprise Applications Administrator I provides support for implementing, administering, and maintaining Bankers Trust’s enterprise systems and client relationship management applications as assigned. This role collaborates with internal business units to ensure the assigned platforms effectively support business processes, maintain standards, and provides an exceptional user experience. This role is focused on learning business processes, owning day-to-day responsibilities, building knowledge and understanding with how the systems function, and developing strong supporting relationships across the organization.


Primary Assigned Application(s): nCino, SalesForce, Sandbox

 

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration
  • Assists in gathering business requirements and translates them into application configurations.
  • Assists in setup and upkeep of system configurations, settings, workflows, and other relevant setup while implementing solutions.
  • Works on application upgrades, patches, releases, and maintenance activities and coordinates UAT testing.
  • Suggests updates to configuration to include items such as validation rules, workflow rules, and approval processes.
  • Supports the end-to-end configuration of assigned applications, building knowledge and understanding.
  • System Administration
  • Sets up, administers, tracks, and provides support for user profiles, security roles & settings, permissions, and access controls.
  • Proactively calls attention to and helps to address system performance issues.
  • Maintains objects, reports, dashboards, list views, flows, and approval processes.
  • Supports integrations between nCino, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
  • Tracks application and/or user licenses and monitor utilization.
  • Continuous Process Improvement
  • Works to understand operational challenges and collaborates to find system solutions.
  • Learns processes and identifies opportunities to collaborate with Automation with Business Process Improvement teams to identify possible automation and workflow enhancements or reconfiguration.
  • Works with the vendor or teammates to configure applications to support evolving business requirements.
  • Participates in process mapping and solution design sessions.
  • Training & User Adoption
  • Learns to update and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and user training materials.
  • Conducts user or application training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Governance, Security & Compliance
  • Follows the change management (release) process for updates to existing applications and follows documentation standards for such configurations and changes.
  • Works within established organizational standards, internal controls, policies, risk, audit & compliance requirements.
  • Follows systems and access security standards.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Data Management
  • Assists maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting delivery to management.
  • Supports data imports, exports, and system integrations.
  • Monitors and reports on system utilization
  • Project Participation
  • Participates in enterprise implementations and upgrades for assigned vendors and applications.
  • Works directly with an assigned Project Manager and assist with requirements gathering, assigned tests, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for new applications, upgrades, or conversions.
  • Documents project activities and configuration changes.
  • Business Unit and User Support
  • Serves as a point of contact for business units regarding assigned enterprise applications functionality.
  • Supports Treasury, Private Banking, Consumer Services, ePayments, Digital Banking, Cards & ATM, and Operations staff's utilization of the assigned enterprise systems
  • Works to identify and diagnose end user problems in a manner that exemplifies high standards of customer service.
  • Maintains workflows, page layouts, record types, fields, validations, and automation.
  • Strategic Partner Engagement
  • Serves as an admin liaison with software and support vendors for assigned applications. These include but are not limited to SalesForce, nCino, SWIVEL, Alloy, Plaid, and other Enterprise Applications as assigned.
  • Provides feedback and documentation to the Enterprise Strategic Vendor Management team for vendor relationships, documentation upkeep, compliance, enhancement requests, and issue management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience utilizing or administering nCino and/or Salesforce or other CRM systems, or administration of business systems or enterprise level applications helpful. Or 2+ years' experience in bank operations, retail operations, enterprise systems administration, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in banking operations preferred
  • Experience with system implementation, configuration, or administration preferred
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards preferred
  • Experience with systems integrations helpful

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Base Salary Range: $58,000 - $69,000 plus annual bonus.
