This hybrid role requires being onsite in Kohler, Wisconsin for 2-3 days each week. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership & Execution - Lead multiple complex programs-from initiation through implementation and global release. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources across functions and global teams. Facilitate program plans, stage-gate reviews, and executive updates. Translate strategic objectives into measurable programs with clear KPIs and milestones.

  • Program Alignment - Contribute to program planning including timing, capacity, and prioritization. Support development of program management standards, governance, templates, and best practices. Provide program analysis, identify cross-program risks, and ensure resource alignment.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Lead teams without direct authority across engineering, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance. Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution across diverse teams. Mentor project leaders and cultivate strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Risk, Change, and Issue Management - Identify and mitigate risks proactively, including technical, schedule, and resource risks. Lead teams through ambiguity and change, ensuring alignment throughout program lifecycle. Escalate critical issues appropriately and drive cross-functional resolution.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement - Communicate clearly and persuasively with technical teams, business leadership, and executives. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and governance reviews. Ensure transparent program communication, documentation, and decision tracking.

  • Business & Technical Acumen - Apply deep knowledge of program management processes and broader business operations to drive program outcomes. Support continuous improvement of program execution and product development processes.

  • The Program Manager ensures adherence to applicable product compliance requirements including but not limited to the Clean Air Act, California Code of Regulations and California Health and Safety Code.

  • Supervisory Relationships: Reports to SR MGR-ENGINEERING

  • Organization Relationships: Frequent contact with Rehlko NPD team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Business from an accredited program. MBA preferred.

  • 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in product development, project management, or program management.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex global programs with multimillion-dollar budgets.

  • Proven success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Strong skills in risk management, portfolio planning, strategic decision-making, and communication.

  • PMP certification preferred.

The Salary range for this position is $102,500.00-$130,550.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
