Seeking a Senior Industrial Engineering Program Manager to lead Industrial Engineering teams across multiple manufacturing facilities in Appleton, WI. The role will focus on time studies, work measurement, line balancing, productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement. The position will manage onsite/offshore teams, stakeholder communication, program governance, and manufacturing transformation initiatives.

Key Skills

  • Industrial Engineering and manufacturing operations.
  • Video-based time studies and work breakdown.
  • Line balancing using Yamazumi charts.
  • High-volume, high-mix production environments.
  • Multi-model line balancing and level loading.
