Job Title: Senior Industrial Engineering Program Manager
Location: Appleton, WI
Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Industrial Engineering Program Manager to lead onsite Industrial Engineering teams supporting 4 5 manufacturing facilities in the Appleton, WI. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Line Balancing, and Program Management experience in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage onsite Industrial Engineers across multiple manufacturing facilities.
  • Perform time studies, video-based time studies, work measurement, and work breakdown analysis.
  • Conduct line balancing using Yamazumi charts, including multi-model line balancing and level loading.
  • Drive productivity improvement, labor optimization, cycle-time reduction, Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and TQM initiatives.
  • Support assembly line consolidation, high-flow lines, automation, robotics, material flow, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
  • Develop SOPs, work instructions, and standardized work methods.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, warehouse/inventory optimization, and process improvement.
  • Manage program governance, resource planning, KPIs, risks/issues, schedules, and customer escalations.
  • Act as the key liaison between Customer, Onsite, and Offshore teams.
  • Work closely with customer leadership, operations, engineering, and sales teams to deliver measurable business results and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure sustainable implementation of improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 7 15 years of Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
  • Automotive, Truck, Off-Highway, or similar manufacturing experience.
  • Strong experience in Time Studies, Work Measurement, Yamazumi, Line Balancing, Multi-Model Line Balancing, and Level Loading.
  • Strong Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience.
  • Experience in high-volume, high-mix production environments.
  • Strong Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, and Customer Management skills.
  • Experience leading onsite/offshore or global teams.
