The Sr. Technical Program Manager is responsible for driving the delivery of high-impact technical programs in alignment with both business and technical objectives. The scope of this job includes working closely with engineering, solution management, design, and operations teams to plan, prioritize, and execute key initiatives while navigating the technical challenges and risks associated with large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional technical programs and projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and final delivery.
  • Partner with engineering teams, solution managers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on objectives, and smooth execution of program deliverables.
  • Develop, maintain, and influence strategy for high-impact project plans, including roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and communicate cross-functional blockers that may impact program timelines or quality, and work with relevant teams and leadership to resolve issues and keep the program on course.
  • Standardize best practices and drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize program management processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and identify effective solutions
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, independently investigate issues, and drive resolution with minimal direction
  • High attention to detail, with a proactive and investigative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare, payer, or post-acute care domains
  • Experience in a technical support or triage environment, with exposure to complex issue resolution (beyond basic help desk support)
  • Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts or workflows
  • Demonstrated experience managing and resolving complex, cross-system issues, including identifying root causes across integrated platforms

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
