Key Responsibilities

  • Engages with customers at a senior and management level to identify High Value Problems. PSEs can progress within the Process Support Engineer job family where they will have increasing responsibility at N and N+1 for several products. Or, they can switch to the Technical Director family to have more focus on the products at N+1 and N+2.
  • Work closely with BUs to develop DVS solutions to address customer High Value Problems
  • Drives the adoption of new technology at the customer site. Works closely with customers to demonstrate and introduce new technologies at customer sites, through Demos, on site evaluations, Joint Development Programs and new tool qualifications.
  • Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
  • Mentor and oversee technical development of junior level PSEs
  • Technology expert in multiple product lines in at least one BU
  • Expert integration knowledge

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
