Job Overview
At Mainspring Energy, the Recruiting Coordinator role sits at the intersection of clean energy and human potential - you'll partner closely with a tight-knit People Ops team to shape how world-class talent experiences the company from their very first touchpoint. This isn't a behind-the-scenes scheduling role, you'll be a visible, trusted partner to hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters alike, with real ownership over the candidate experience. You will be working in our Menlo Park office.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage high-volume, sometimes complex candidate interviews including travel, accommodations, and reimbursements

  • Utilize our applicant tracking system to communicate with, track, and schedule candidatesย 

  • Host candidates and ensure the on-site interview process is seamless

  • Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders across the organization, including but not limited to engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and operations to provide a smooth recruiting experience

  • Highly organized, efficient, reliable, and able to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Familiar with or able to quickly learn cloud based, online tools
