This position is in the Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering team within Corporate Infrastructure & Security (CIS).

As the Sr. Manager, Endpoint Security, you will be responsible for endpoint-related cybersecurity tooling, engineering, operations, and service delivery. You will lead a geographically dispersed team of cybersecurity professionals providing 24/7 support for critical endpoint security platforms and capabilities in a large, evolving, complex international environment.

This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, people leadership, operational discipline, and strategic thinking. You will partner closely with other cybersecurity teams, infrastructure, workplace technology, and business stakeholders to strengthen endpoint protection, improve operational maturity, and reduce enterprise risk.

A Day in the Life
  • Manage an international team of highly skilled technical professionals, with a focus on operational excellence, service reliability, process simplification, and appropriate team resourcing.
  • Lead the engineering, operations, optimization, and lifecycle management of endpoint security platforms and capabilities across a global enterprise environment.
  • Work with technical and business stakeholders to ensure endpoint security services are clearly defined, documented, measurable, supportable, and fit for purpose.
  • Take an active role in supporting employee well-being, career growth, continuous learning, engagement, and work-life balance within a global team.
  • Champion process improvement, automation, transparency, service maturity, and tool optimization across a large and complex technology environment.
  • Partner with security operations, infrastructure, endpoint management, vulnerability management, risk, and compliance teams to improve endpoint protection, detection, response, and remediation capabilities.
  • Support endpoint-related escalations and incidents by coordinating resources, driving timely resolution, and ensuring lessons learned are translated into service improvements.
  • Create presentations, business cases, and executive-ready updates for both technical and non-technical audiences, including appropriate risk context and investment justification.
  • Manage vendor relationships, technology roadmaps, service performance, and continuous improvement opportunities for endpoint security tooling.
Keys to Success
  • Ability to lead by example, including getting involved in technical discussions, escalations, and hands-on work when required. Previous experience with CrowdStrike Falcon is highly desirable.
  • Experience building international teams and working with people from various countries, cultures, and time zones.
  • Strong track record of building successful processes and estimating resource requirements for new processes, tools, or technologies and making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, hardening standards, configuration recommendations, audit requirements, and control frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
  • Ability to explain technical risks, operational challenges, and security recommendations to IT and business leadership in a clear and actionable way.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Security-related certifications are not required but are encouraged; CISSP or other relevant security certifications are a plus.
Experience
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with endpoint security, endpoint security tooling, cybersecurity operations, cybersecurity engineering or related field.
  • Direct management experience with a geographically dispersed team across multiple time zones, including hiring, coaching, performance management and workload prioritization.
  • Experience defining and reporting on key performance indicators, service-level metrics, operational risk, process maturity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on or service-owner experience with endpoint detection and response, anti-malware, device control, encryption, vulnerability management, and endpoint configuration hardening.
  • Experience working with risk management, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Experience managing vendors, technology roadmaps, budgets, service performance, and enterprise security projects.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security architecture, endpoint protection platforms, EDR/XDR capabilities, endpoint telemetry, and threat detection concepts.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical processes, resource requirements, service dependencies, operational risks, and business impacts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others and build trust across global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data, metrics, and risk-based reasoning to guide decisions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, escalations, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
