Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements, investigate grievances, and assist in arbitration processes.
Act as the primary liaison between union representatives, field employees, and corporate leadership to ensure compliance with labor agreements and laws.
Conduct workplace investigations, provide guidance to management, and monitor compliance with anti-harassment obligations.
Responsible for Mid-level management and oversight of White Constructionโs labor relations programs, policies, procedures, and strategies. This position will maintain labor-management relations, interpret the collective bargaining agreements, administer grievance procedures, assist in arbitration, and assist all levels of management on labor matters. This position will also serve as the Union Mid-level subject matter expert for White Construction along with providing guidance to internal teams.
The Manager is responsible for serving as the primary liaison between union representatives, field employees, and corporate leadership. This position ensures compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), Project Labor Agreements (PLAs), and labor laws, while proactively addressing employee issues to prevent work stoppages and grievances. The Manager will also serve as an investigator and advisor on employee relations issues.
