The Role:

  • Lead local and international recruitment
  • Support employee relations, investigations and engagement
  • Support workforce and labor relations matters
  • Assist with international employee and visa transitions
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities


The Person:

  • HR experience within manufacturing, distribution or similar
  • Experience supporting blue-collar / hourly workforces
  • Non-union workforce experience essential; union experience highly advantageous
  • Experience with Workday, SAP or similar HR systems
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking highly preferred (not essential)
  • International recruitment, visa or global workforce experience advantageous
  • Employee relations and investigation experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization and attention to detail
