Job Description Pinnacle Partners is partnered with a client hiring an Human Resources Generalist Location: Indianapolis Compensation: $75-80K Key Responsibilities Support Paycom and the LMS, including building a training library and developing a more robust training process. Help simplify HR processes for managers by automating documents and procedures. Support payroll scheduling automation, including PTO-related scheduling processes.

Provide general HR support, including wellness initiatives, call-offs, entry-level Leave of Absence and Workers' Compensation activities, and employee questions. Walk the production floor twice daily to build relationships with employees and stay connected to employee needs. Support employees across two shifts: 5:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m

and 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Serve as an HRIS systems expert, with approximately 30% of the role focused on HR technology. Requirements Ability to read and understand business documents, procedures, and regulations

Ability to write reports, correspondence, and policies. Strong communication skills with the ability to present information and answer questions from managers and employees. Ability to perform basic math, including percentages and calculations.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong problem-solving skills in routine situations. Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
