What You Will Be DoingClient Consultations & SalesConduct 1:1 consultations with prospective clients via phone, video, and in-person meetings
Present Cooings care plans and pricing, tailoring recommendations to each family’s needs
Manage a personal pipeline of leads from initial inquiry through signed contract
Relationship Building & Follow-UpNurture warm leads through timely follow-ups, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners including OB/GYNs and birth centers
Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to weekly pipeline reviews
QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
1–3 years of experience in consultative or relationship-based sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable with CRM tools and tracking sales activity
