Client Intake Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake appointments with new clients to gather information, collect documents, and answer procedural questions
  • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
Qualifications
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
  • Customer service or sales experience a plus
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
