We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician at an employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Tacoma, Washington. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

  • Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
  • Focus on outcomes, NOT production
  • Predictable workweek
  • Extremely light call
  • Fewer administrative tasks

  • Experience needed, at least 2 years

This client is a market-leading healthcare company that provides advanced primary care, population health management, and behavior coaching to patients.
