Kitchen Tune-Up Wake Forest is a local, family-owned and woman-operated business growing at an exciting pace! We are seeking customer-obsessed sales professionals to join our team and help us become the premier kitchen and cabinet remodeler in the greater Raleigh area.

Who You Are
  • 1+ years of experience in kitchen, bath, cabinetry, and/or remodeling sales and design
  • Strong understanding of remodeling and installation services
  • Uses a consultative sales approach, practicing empathetic listening to understand each homeowner's needs and recommend the right solution
  • Established network of industry connections, including realtors, interior designers, and contractors
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and confident closing high-value sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and in-home presentation skills
Responsibilities
  1. Lead Management
    • Respond promptly to inbound leads and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
    • Confirm appointments, prepare for in-home consultations, and ensure a professional first impression for every client
    • Track lead activity, pipeline progress, and customer communication within our CRM system
    • Build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, interior designers, contractors, and other local partners
    • Support local networking and business development efforts to generate additional sales opportunities (ex. Home Shows)
  2. Client Consultation & Sales
    • Conduct in-home consultations to understand homeowner goals, pain points, design preferences, and budget constraints
    • Present product options and samples with confidence
    • Generate same-day proposals for core and ancillary services
    • Guide customers through financing options, when applicable
  3. Project Coordination & Customer Experience
    • Complete accurate measurements, scope documentation, and project notes to support ordering and installation teams
    • Coordinate a smooth handoff to Project Management
    • Protect project profitability by ensuring accurate scoping, change order management, and customer expectation alignment
    • Support post-sale follow-up including referral and review generation
