ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Emerging Talent Recruiting team that will support our Hardware/Software teams. Based in our Costa Mesa, CA office, you will operate independently as a subject matter expert, ensuring we recruit top-tier talent and shape our long-term talent strategy. As a key member of Anduril's recruiting team, you will be responsible for the company's talent management as we continue to rapidly grow. Your work will be hands-on and involve collaborating with leaders and individual contributors to define the hiring needs of the company. To achieve this, you will be given the autonomy and tools to execute on our strategy to build and develop Anduril's world class team. We are looking for someone who can handle high levels of ownership while tackling every aspect of recruiting and is excited to be part of small team where no task is too big or too small.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Operate Autonomously: Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
  • Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of university recruiting and trends related to hiring.
  • Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
  • Own and execute pipeline direction, driving results through metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach, candidate-driven data, and offer/close rates.
  • Manage the hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams, effectively communicating objectives and priorities.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
  • Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
  • Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in startups, tech, and relevant hardware domains.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented in troubleshooting routine obstacles.
  • True Ownership: Accountability for outcomes, with a commitment to improving all aspects of the business.
  • Continuous Learner: Low ego, high curiosity; embraces candid feedback and uses setbacks as opportunities to iterate and excel.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for innovating processes to achieve creative and effective TA goals.
