Overview: We’re looking for a highly motivated Email Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in building and optimizing email cadences that drive measurable sales and conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and manage automated email flows, analyze performance metrics, and continuously improve campaigns to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns across customer lifecycles. Build and optimize automated email flows and nurture sequences focused on engagement, sales conversion, and customer retention. Develop and manage sales cadences tailored to buyer personas and stages of the funnel. Analyze and report on key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROI. Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies. Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure messaging alignment and brand consistency. Implement best practices in conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maximize email performance. Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing. Proven experience developing email cadences and flows that drive results.
