    • Conduct pre-launch QA across digital campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency of creative assets, links, tracking, and landing pages prior to activation
    • Develop, execute, and analyze A/B testing strategies across email and SMS channels.
  • Support the Content Manager with development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including go-to-marketing planning, audience targeting, and campaign analysis
  • Execute day-to-day operations of SMS (text-message) channel - including creating, planning, approvals, scheduling, QA, and deploying messages
  • Assist in reviewing campaign results with agency partners to identify areas for improvement and test new strategies
  • Assist with strategic and technical projects (implementing triggers, CRM, Lifetime Value, Product Reviews) to advance the retention marketing initiatives
  • Strategically work alongside internal business units (including Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Website Operations, Creative, Inventory Planning, and the Executive Team) to drive the email business.
  • Maintain accuracy of communication and quality of retention content, with meticulous proofreading and coordination of revisions from reviewers across multiple departments
  • Maintain ongoing (monthly and weekly) reporting to help analyze and grow the email program

  • Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting by compiling key metrics and summarizing insights to inform business decisions

COMPETENCIES:
