$18 - $27/hr

Full-time

Job description

ABOUT NOGIGIDDY

NoGigiddy is a digital platform built for gig workers, side hustlers, and anyone building an income outside the traditional 9-to-5. We connect our community with real earning opportunities — remote jobs, surveys, gig platforms, and financial tools — all in one place, free to access, no gatekeeping. We built what we wish had existed, and we hire people who actually get it.

THE ROLE

Email is still the highest-ROI channel in digital marketing — and NoGigiddy\'s list is growing fast. As our Email Marketing Specialist, you\'ll write and send campaigns that keep our audience engaged, informed, and clicking through to the earning opportunities they actually care about. No degree needed — just a knack for writing emails people open, and the discipline to track what works.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Write and deploy email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy\'s subscriber list
Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and engagement history
A/B test subject lines, send times, and CTAs to improve open and click rates
Build and maintain automated flows — welcome sequences, re-engagement, offer alerts
Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and list health
Coordinate with the content team to align email with broader campaigns
Report on campaign performance and iterate based on data
REQUIREMENTS
No degree required
Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
Strong writing skills — you write like a human, not a marketing bot
Basic understanding of email metrics: open rate, CTR, deliverability
Detail-oriented — typos in mass emails are expensive
Comfortable working in templates and basic HTML email edits
Self-managed and deadline-driven
BENEFITS
Hourly pay of $18–$27/hr
Fully remote
Ownership of a high-impact channel with direct visibility into results
Growth path into marketing strategy or lifecycle roles
Access to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity network

Equal Opportunity Employer. NoGigiddy celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
