Job Overview
The Manager, MDM Data and Operational Enablement is responsible for managing people, setting operational direction, and ensuring performance outcomes rather than performing routine data processing tasks. This role leads day-to-day MDM operations, ensuring SLA adherence, accuracy, and continuous performance improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operational strategy, capacity planning, and SLA ownership
  • Leadership, performance management, and workforce oversight
  • Escalation management and cross functional issue resolution
  • Operational metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Risk management and compliance oversight
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • 3+ years of experience in Master Data, Business Operations, or Supply Chain
  • 3+ years in leadership or people management

Minimum Qualifications
