Operations Manager
Please note that this job is 100% onsite, based in Aurora, CO. You will use a company vehicle for local business-related travel.
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading landscaping company to fill their open Operations Manager job in Aurora, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $90,000 and $125,000 annually. You will also be eligible to earn additional incentives, depending on your performance and your Branch's performance. This company provides a competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Serving as the face of the Branch of the company and interfacing with clients and vendors
-Supervising, training, and coaching all Branch staff
-Utilizing and coordinating all resources to ensure client projects are completed within budget and deadlines
-Maintaining company and employee compliance with all policies and procedures (training, safety, etc.)
-Maintaining the fleet of company vehicles
-Monitoring Branch sales and performance
-Running progress and profitability reports
-Managing all aspects of snow removal projects
-Overseeing team performance and maintaining a high quality of work
-Scheduling and routing maintenance projects
-Monitoring labor and materials
-Managing budgets
-Managing the upkeep of the Branch
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Proven experience managing a high value book of business
-Excellent analytical skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent leadership skills
-Fluency in Spanish preferred
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $90,000 and $125,000
