What are some common challenges a marketing manager faces when working at a startup, and how can they address them?

Marketing Managers at startups often encounter challenges such as limited budgets, rapidly shifting priorities, and the need to wear multiple hats. What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - or equivalent work experience
  • 4-6 years of proven product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within a startup environment
  • Demonstrated experience bringing products to market and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Previous experience in the social, moderation, or marketing technology space

What we offer:

  • Fully paid family and parental leave (12 weeks per year)
  • Twice-yearly team offsites

Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 DOE + bonus
What to expect:
This is a startup. The pace is fast and the playbook is still being written. If you do your best work inside a fully built structure, this probably isn't the right fit. If the idea of building that structure sounds exciting, we'd love to meet you.
What matters:
We recognize the value in how different backgrounds and unique experiences shape our ways of thinking. These perspectives spark the conversations that enrich our culture and, in turn, improve our products. We invite anyone who feels they are qualified to apply and join a team united by the drive to build something that matters.
