Help Shape the Customer Journey at Quicksilver Scientific

Quicksilver Scientific is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to own the execution and optimization of our email marketing programs across our Practitioner, MedSpa, and Consumer brands. This role is responsible for coordinating, building, testing, scheduling, and analyzing email campaigns that engage customers throughout every stage of their journey.

Working closely with Marketing, Education, Product Development, Regulatory, Sales, and Customer Experience, you'll help deliver high-performing email campaigns that support product launches, educational initiatives, customer retention, and business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized marketing professional who enjoys combining technical execution with creative collaboration and wants to grow their expertise in lifecycle marketing and marketing automation.


What You'll Do:

Email Marketing

Slice, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns using Klaviyo (or a similar email marketing platform).
Coordinate audience segmentation, list management, campaign calendars, and deployment schedules.
Perform quality assurance on content, links, personalization, rendering, and functionality before every send.
Coordinate creative assets, copy, approvals, and regulatory reviews to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, and revenue.
Support A/B testing initiatives and recommend opportunities to improve campaign performance.


Marketing Campaign Support

Help execute product launches, seasonal promotions, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Maintain project timelines, campaign documentation, and marketing calendars.
Coordinate deliverables across multiple teams to keep projects moving forward.
Support website updates, landing pages, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Marketing, Education, Customer Experience, Product Development, Regulatory, Sales, and external vendors.
Help ensure all communications align with Quicksilver Scientific's brand standards and FDA/FTC compliance requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, organization, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in email marketing.
Experience building and deploying email campaigns using Klaviyo, HubSpot, or a similar email service provider (ESP).
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent proofreading and quality assurance skills.
Experience with audience segmentation, campaign reporting, and email marketing analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing within healthcare, wellness, dietary supplements, consumer products, or e-commerce.
Experience with Klaviyo or similar marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other creative collaboration tools.
Experience using project management platforms such as Asana.
Working knowledge of digital marketing, landing pages, website content management, and A/B testing.
Working knowledge of FDA and FTC marketing regulations.


Work Environment: Hybrid office environment located within a manufacturing facility.


Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with flexibility as business needs require. This hybrid position requires three days per week in the office and two remote workdays. During the company's Summer Friday schedule, employees work four 9-hour days (Monday-Thursday) and a 4-hour workday on Friday.


Compensation: $65,000-$75,000
