Position: Customer Service Rep
Location: Placentia, CA
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
Pay rate: $20
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by phone and email, processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records in our ERP system, and assisting with inventory management. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email to answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately using the company's ERP system.
  • Maintain and update customer and order information.
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure inventory records remain accurate.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as needed.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and coworkers by phone and email.
  • Experience entering and processing customer orders.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with any ERP platform is acceptable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
