Compassion Elevated Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific orthopedic needs and health objectives.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and healthcare providers, to ensure cohesive and effective treatment delivery.
  • Effectively manage patient documentation through our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize independent clinical judgment to select appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions based on evidence-based practice.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal physical therapy regulations and standards of practice throughout patient care processes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Compassion Elevated Therapy, you will primarily work with adult and elderly patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, joint replacements, and chronic pain conditions. Your role will involve tailoring rehabilitation programs that aim not only to alleviate pain but also to restore mobility, strength, and functionality.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current and active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an orthopedic setting is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • Hands-on experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings focusing on orthopedic care, including knowledge of various orthopedic assessment and treatment methodologies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in patient care planning and the ability to utilize rehabilitation technologies effectively.
  • Strong skills in communication and teamwork, with the ability to motivate and support patients throughout their recovery journey.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with additional performance-based bonuses.
