Work Environment

Located in East Brunswick, New Jersey, our onsite rehabilitation facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and tools. You will work within a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in a supportive atmosphere that prioritizes your professional development and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient, ensuring a personalized approach to their recovery.
  • Effectively collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care and progress.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate daily documentation within our electronic medical records (EMR) system to track patient progress and treatment efficacy.
  • Employ independent clinical judgment and advanced techniques to combine various treatment modalities that meet each patient's unique needs.
  • Regularly assess and report on patients’ functional progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practices, upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedics, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from surgical interventions, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will help patients from various backgrounds regain their mobility, independence, and confidence through tailored rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a nationally accredited program.
  • An active state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in disciplines such as orthopedics, geriatrics, acute care, and outpatient therapy settings.
  • The ability to perform a thorough orthopedic assessment and apply appropriate treatment techniques effectively.
  • Exemplary communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, essential for successful patient interactions and teamwork.
Preferred Experience
