    The Anticipated Elementary Principal position at Newberry Elementary School is available. It is a 245-day administrative position. West Shore is seeking an experienced and outstanding educator to serve as principal with strong, child-centered instructional leadership skills focused on student growth and achievement, knowledge of elementary curriculum and assessment practices, and proven leadership skills.
    The ability to disaggregate data to make informed instructional decisions while managing all aspects of a K-4 school setting is paramount. PA Elementary or K-12 Principal Certification and five years of successful teaching experience is required. Prior administrative experience is preferred.
