Richfield Public School Academy is a 'Leader in Me' school, focused on building student leaders that are successful both academically and behaviorally. Applicants should have a passion for working with a diverse group of students, a creative and flexible classroom management system, and a dedication to teaching all students with the belief of 'Live to Learn, Learn to Lead'.
We are looking for a principal with excellent leadership skills and a passion for education. To be successful as a principal, you must be compassionate and organized. A good principal manages the needs of both students and staff members to ensure that there is a productive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed
โ€ข Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success
โ€ข Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential
โ€ข Meeting and listening to the concerns of students regularly
โ€ข Encouraging, guiding, and assisting student leaders and teachers
