Harvest Preparatory Academy is a public charter school serving PreK-12. HPA is dedicated to providing students a dynamic academic program of student centered instruction in a college preparatory setting. We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Elementary Aide for our Yuma campus.


Duties:


Provides instructional aide to students as directed by classroom teacher. This may involve individual tutoring, small group instruction, assessing students, maintaining a safe environment, communicate with parents on a daily basis, etc. Supervises the classroom in the absence of a teacher, as needed. Supervises students within a classroom, during lunch periods, on school grounds and at school activities. With teachers and other staff members, will be responsible for knowing Arizona Department of Health Services policies and ensuring that policies are enforced. Performs duties in a manner that motivates students to excel, and is respectful of students, parents, co-workers and Administrators. Willing to go above and beyond and work various shifts as needed when needed.


Qualifications:


  • Must possess a valid fingerprint clearance card.
  • Must be able to stand/walk/move for up to 8 hours each work day
  • Must have proof of High School diploma
